How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally it takes up to two days or less to process your order from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays). Shipping takes 3 - 8 days depending on the type of shipping selected at the time of checkout. In total it will take approximately 5-10 days for the package to arrive. 

How will I know my order has been shipped?  

An email or text confirmation (depends on method selected during checkout) will be sent with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package to its destination with this number. 

How are these products made?

We are a family owned and operated business. We source out the best ingredients to formulate our own products. Our formulas are tested by human volunteer testers to ensure the desired results are achieved. Then we batch and package final products. 

Where are the products manufactured?

We have a specialized location/office where we develop and create all of our products. When we formulate and batch our products, we use recommended safety guidelines & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure we deliver a quality and safe product.  

Is the body oil all natural?

The body oils you purchase are all natural. All of our products are clearly labeled and all ingredients are always listed (for your protection). 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our product (personal care) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a no refund policy. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please let us know so we can offer other alternatives.
