Shipping policy
- Economy Shipping within the United States may take approximately 5-10 business days depending on the type of shipping selected at the time of purchase. Shipping on orders outside of the United States can take up to 14-30 business days.
- Shipping fees and taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email address or cell phone number provided at the time of purchase.
- Processing of orders takes approximately 2 business days (excluding Sundays). Oiled By'T is not responsible for ANY lost items. If the tracking number provided confirms the package was delivered, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service regarding the lost item(s). We want you to receive your purchase as much as you do please feel free to contact us at info@oiledbyt.com.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time of purchase you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
- Please CONFIRM your address to ENSURE it is correct. In the event your order has been processed but not shipped and you realize the address is incorrect you must notify Oiled By'T immediately at info@oiledbyt.com. You may incur a $10 relabeling fee.
