How To Use

Here's how to use your Breathe Aromatherapy Shower Steamer:

1. Remove the shower steamer from its packaging.
2. Moisten the tablet with water to begin the activation or sprinkle it with water droplets. You'll know it's activated when fizzing is seen.
3. Place the tablet in one corner of the shower floor, or hang it in a mesh bag, or place it on a soap dish on the shower shelf
4. Run your shower as usual. Before entering, allow the water to heat up past your usual temperature briefly before turning it back down in order to fill the shower with steam. The intensity of steam helps the release and activation of essential oil vapors.
5. As the water hits the tablet, it will start to release its invigorating aroma.
6. Now, breathe deeply (through your nose), relax, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oil aromatherapy.
